"I have been riding motorcycles for almost 50 years. When I started riding motorcycle dealerships were owned, operated, and staffed by enthusiast. They were places to go to talk about motorcycles. All too often today motorcycle dealerships are staffed by "sales" personel who really know little about motorcycles and certainly don't want to take the time to just talk about bikes. CAW is a throwback to those old time dealerships. A place you can go and BS about motorcycling with a knowledgable staff. Your service department has always given me first rate service, very timely and I never had to bring the bike back to repair the repairs. All parts I have ever purchased have been the same price as or lower than I could have gotten anywhere else. If there is any one area of complaint it would be the high turnover rate of the people there, but that is business today. Keep up the good work and if my bonnie ever wears out I will certainly check with you guys first."

"The guys in the parts dept have Triumphed (no pun) where all others have failed. I have some how purchased a motorcycle thats not easy to get parts for (Ducati 996), but the parts dept here not only took alot of there own time to find the parts they got them for me in just a few days! If you have any Ducati questions see Jason. Not only is he very personable he is quite knowledge-able with the bikes. The entire staff there made me feel like a VIP customer. Keep up the great work guys!!!

"Lee and Tim made the purchase experience very enjoyable, very knowledgable, no questions unanswered. Everyone goes out of the way to greet and help you on your return visits, which has been a standard, for as long as I can remember. Love the Triumph Bonneville T100. Only negative experience was with the Insurance, GEICO, and the Seat Bolts and Side Stand Spring. Thanks, Mike"

"As an out-of-state buyer, I was a little apprehensive of doing all the business over the phone and then driving 6 hours hoping to get the same deal when I arrived. Not only did I get the same deal, I was dealt with personally, not professionally by Dane and the sales manager (sorry, forget the name). They had the bike ready to go for me when I arrived like I had asked, since I was turning right around and driving another 6 hours right back home. Everything was on the up-and-up and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another bike from them again. They were much more personable than the Triumph dealers here in GA that act as if they are doing you a favor by "allowing" you to buy a bike from them."

"When I lived in Jax, you guys had a tiny shop just North of 103rd St. Your shop was packed to the gills with parts, essentially ten pounds of shit in a five pound bag.<- I do mean that in a good way. It's nice to see that you are now a full line dealer for Ducati and Triumph. My how time marches on, and congradualtions on the fine work and service you provide. Now if we only had a shop that complete here in Anchorage. Next time I'm in Jax, I will make it a point to visit your shop.

P.S. I thought that you carried KTM. If you dumped that line, I don't blame you. I have owned two big Katooms (620 LC4, 640 ADV.), Parts availability was terrible, and don't get me started on the warranty dept. I sold them because of the lack of support from the Manufacturer. Pretty good product, but Yeesh."
